ASSESSMENT OF THE GENETIC VARIABILITY OF DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS OF SILVER AND BIGHEAD CARPS BY BIOCHEMICAL POLYMORPHISM

Goal. The study aimed to analyze and assess the genetic variability of different age groups silver bighead carps by polymorphism protein enzyme systems.
 Methods. Blood samples were taken from (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) (Aristichthys nobilis) "Sunpoint Ukraine" LLC, Slobozhanske, Zmiiv district, Kharkiv region.
 tail vein was collected age-2 age-3 fish in vivo placed into tubes with an anticoagulant.  Results. Analysis peculiarities distribution allele frequencies genotypic composition Pralb, EST, MDH, ME, CA carps. prevalence frequency fast migrating variant F revealed comparison slow gene at EST locus group carp (Est = 0.620). Pralb A B observed (Pralb 0.812 0.726 groups. According studied loci, there excess heterozygous individuals carp, which indicates their imbalance. formation breeding stocks requires control level monitor changes structure maintain optimal heterozygosity stocks. highest average (79.4%) found prevailed over expected value 49.4%. In other groups, had lowest 59.1% versus theoretically calculated 45.5%. Ca 82.8 78.6% respectively, contrast this 49.9 49.7%. dendrogram relationships constructed based on values distances. formed clusters indicated species affiliation.
 Conclusions. loci. describes features aforementioned heterozygosity, determined. high 79.4% need stabilize structure. As cluster analysis, it determined that farm region occurs affiliation. use biochemical markers will allow differentiating well complex molecular them develop passport.
